Meet and Greet Dates:

Friday nights - 5:30 to 8:30 pm

Crocheting/ Knitting beds for shelter animals

We will be making snuggle beds for cats/dogs in shelters.  Don’t crochet or knit..not to worry, we ’ll teach you.  Great way to learn and the dogs or cats won’t mind if you make a mistake.  They’ll just have a nice warm bed that they can lay on and go to their new home with so their not afraid.  I have a couple patterns available.  Contact us to sign-up.  Supplies needed.  3 skeins of acrylic worsted weight yarn (4ply) in the same color, coordinating colors or variegated (Caron pounder, Red Heart, etc), or scrap yarns if you already have some.  Hook sizes for patterns are either “H”, “N” or “M”.  We’ll have some coffee, dessert and fun socializing with other like minded individuals . 

These will be donated to our 2 local shelters: West Milford and Bloomingdale.

We are currently working on beds for Bloomingdale!!

We have been meeting each Friday at:

Down Under Cafe, Fieldstone Plaza, Skyline Drive, Ringwood.

They have great coffee and delicious desserts!!

We have actually found ourselves arriving earlier

and enjoying their wonderful dinners.

Aussie meat pies,  Tilapia,  stuffed sole w/shrimp & scallops
